        Relocation has been a part of Joyce's life for more than 30 years. Initially, Joyce sat on "the other side of the desk" at Digital Equipment Corporation as Manager of Corporate Relocation during the heavy growth period of the 70's.

        This gave her a complete understanding of relocation from the corporate viewpoint. For more than ten years, Joyce headed a staff of ten, was responsible for development and implementation of relocation policies, contract negotiation and the home purchase program.

        During her years with Digital, the company expanded from 3,500 to more than 75,000 employees, calling for innovative solutions to the relocation problems posed by such dramatic growth, as well as the changing economic environment. For the next five years, Joyce gained additional management experience as well as corporate marketing and mortgage program experience at a third party company where she headed a staff of nine as National Marketing Manager.

        Joyce has successfully owned and managed her own destination services company since 1986, providing "personalized" full service relocation assistance to domestic and international families alike.

        Joyce is founder and past president of the New England Relocation Association and is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Employee Relocation Council in Washington, D.C., where she served on a variety of committees including Education, Legislative, Public Relations, Nominating and Program Planning. She is a licensed Real Estate Broker, and her background includes memberships in the National Association of Realtors, Greater Boston Real Estate Board, Society of Real Estate Appraisers and Massachusetts Real Estate Appraisers.

        Joyce is Past President of the Littleton Rotary and served as Leader for a Group Study Exchange program for 4 weeks in Thailand.  She has been  an active member of the New England Relocation Association, Northeast Human Resource Association, Society for Human Resource Management, British American Business Council of New England, Apartments Nationwide, FIABCI, and Chaired the Littleton Police Citizen's Advisory Council.
