Comprehensive Homefinding Counseling
- Area Orientation: We will talk with the employee directly to do an in-depth needs
analysis (purchase vs. rental, family, children, special needs, etc.). We then send a
customized relocation kit including data on areas/towns of interest, school systems,
daycare and recreational, cultural, social and sports opportunities. We include state data
on autos, licensing, taxes and specific town demographics. We also include local and state
maps and any other information pertaining to the individual's specific needs.
- Homefinding: We will research housing availability and connect the employee with
qualified relocation brokers in the communities that best suit their needs.
- Rental Assistance: We will research rentals in towns of interest and provide the
employee with an itinerary of available rentals, including descriptions, costs and
directions.
- Short Term Housing: Should the employee require living accommodations (furnished
or unfurnished) on a short term basis, we can research available places and provide a list
of places, costs and directions.
- Mortgage Assistance: We work closely with mortgage professionals to help guide
employees who are purchasing a home through the process, from lender selection through
pre-approval, commitment and closing.
- Household Goods Movement: We have arrangements with top-rated moving companies
for professional estimates and services.
Advance Home Marketing Counseling
Includes complete Marketability Study of the home that is being sold. We coordinate
both ends of the transfer to ensure professional and timely service for the employee, with
a minimum of hassle.
Comprehensive Area Tours
This service is valuable for all clients, but especially potential employees. We pick
up the client/family and give a full day tour of selected areas. This includes points of
interest that would encourage them to accept the transfer or new position. Complimentary
lunch provided. A major goal of the tour is effectively selling the family on the area.
Nationwide Assistance
We can assist individuals if they are relocating out of the state through our
affiliation with the Independent Relocation Consultants Association and Realtors
throughout the country. In addition, we assist with coordinating the home sale process of
the local home through this same network of real estate professionals.
