Since its founding in 1986, The Relocation Company, Inc. has been quietly building a
reputation for the highest level of objective expertise and service. We are an
independent resource - not a real estate office. We have grown into a full-service
relocation counseling and consulting firm due to several unique concepts:

- Relocation consulting on behalf of our corporate clients and their relocating employees.
- Comprehensive area orientation and information
- Locating suitable temporary living accommodations
- Comprehensive mortgage programs and assistance including qualification and pre-approval
- School information on appropriate communities
- Special needs researching as required
- Management of shipment of household goods with favorable negotiated rates
- Home marketing counseling and assistance
- Our services are structured to be delivered on a very specialized one-to-one basis.
Relocation Consultant works with an employee and his or her family throughout the entire
relocation process, assisting with every detail. Feedback is offered to our Corporate
Client on a regular basis including current status and/or any special issues or concerns.
The result is a very personalized service for the employee and a relocation that works.
